Do you ship to my country?

During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized and illegal activity. We also reserve the right to cancel any account and refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or A.P.O. Box Addresses. You must have a validstreet address.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us atphylthis81@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. Phylthiscosmetics will issue you a merchandise credit. We are not responsible for return shipping. Product cannot be more than ten (10%) used by volume for a complete merchandise credit.
Damaged or defective products should be reported immediately upon delivery by email at phylthis81@gmail.com or phone 444-444-4444 within 5 days of receiving merchandise. To assure a prompt resolution, take a photo, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Phylthiscosmetics is not liable for any injuries handling damaged product.

Steps in Returning Product

RA number will be emailed to your email address.
Ship the merchandise in the original condition and packaging with the purchase order.
You must right the RA# on the outside of the box (please do not ship the box without an RA number).

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 3-7 days to receive your Phylthiscosmetics order. If you place your order on the weekend or holiday your order will shipped on the next business day. We cannot ship order to PO Boxes or A.P.O. Box Addresses. You must have a valid street address.

Any returns sent without a RA# will automatically be denied. ALL SALES FINAL ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS, LIMITED EDITION, OR PROMOTIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping Handling Details & Charges

United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States. Once the package has left our warehouse, has been received by the post office and a tracking number has been assigned, we are no longer liable for lost packages. If your shipment shows a CONFIRMED DELIVERYfrom the USPS, we are not liable or responsible for sending a replacement package. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier or undeliverable addresses.

NOTE: Orders with a subtotal valued $150+ are shipped via Priority Mail and requires a signature. Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a U.S. address originating within the 48 states. All orders will be shipped USPS Mail.

Please note that we observe National Holidays, and the Postal Service cannot ship on these dates!

All international orders will be shipped via International Priority Mail or First Class Mail, and will be charged the International Priority Mail fee for delivery to the address of the order. PhylThisCosmetics does not assume responsibility or liability for any customs issues: including duties or taxes. Please take into account that any customs charges must be paid directly by you.

We believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 7 days upon receivable to return it for a refund minus shipping and handling.
